Game will not download at all!!!!

I payed for it with my card, it was accepted, and a link apeared. I clicked the link, and nothing - so I clicked again, and again, and again, and finaly got the following page:

I was finaly able to secure the wifes permission

so, can you help me??

this happened for me too previously. You need to email Plimus and create ticket if necessary. They will respond less than 24 hours. For my case it's 8 hours.. dont worry

to find your order. luckily they already fix the download path there

And now, 20 min later, this:

And none of the "files" can be saved on my system, the name is almost 200 characters?? And the downloads are popping up like crazy now, and NONE of them will "save".

Both Slitherine and Plimus have resent the link and it is broken!! Please fix this!! I want (need) to play this great game!!!
I had no problems with the Beta downloads, maybe you can just send it from your own site??

Maybe try those links in Firefox? i know how IE can be asshole sometimes.

NO go, also in Safari. The link is screwed. Plimus sucks. And their solution is to keep re-sending the link!!!! I want Slitherine to fix it, because Plimus won't. I tried the contact as suggested above with the same re-send. . .

Sorry you are having problems. We have had a very small number of people not able to use the download links. We're not sure why and are investigating with Plimus.

As suggested you could try other browsers or disabling your anti virus software as this can intefere with downloads. If that does nto work contact info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll provide an alternative link and see if that helps.

We're not sure why and are investigating with Plimus.

I have seen a few and if I recall many were using IE9...

Thanks Iain,

I did try other browsers, they were a no-go.

The "mirror" link Slitherine provided worked, and it downloaded fast. It is up and working, and a new campaign started. Slitherine was very responsive, I wish I could say Plimus was as easy to work with! They just kept sending the exact same broken link, even after it was "re-set".

Now waiting for a Crete MP game to show up. . .
