confused about the ending of the honourable knight

i won't spoil the ending for the campaign but can you clarfify something for me? im coonfused about the ending sequence, i mean, is it based on how i performed on the last mission, the entire campaign, any other variable or is it just fixed?

also, the entire campaign is kinda of easy regardless of difficulty due to op knights and the ability of being able to do the easy missions again for gold.

There is only one ending for the campaign that I remember! Are you playing with Blood mode on - this is the way it was designed to be played.
