Fix if can't save modded equipt files

Original install was in Program Files (X86) directory. On my Windows7 laptop the default properties for that directory is set to read only and could not be changed. I re-installed to C:\Panzer Corps Wehrmacht which now allows me to mod to my hearts content.
I am in love with this game. I can see many late night adventures just as the ones I spent with original PG.

I congratulate Slitherine for having the foresight, vision and confidence in bringing us this long awaited title.

Just some info, although windows 7 wont let you "save" in that location it will let you copy and paste from another folder....as you should always keep back ups I just move to a "mod" folder, make the changes then copy and paste

You need to make a habit of it to install all trusted software as an administrator (right click, "Run as administrator"), then you shouldn't have had any problems.
