Wallachians and Moldavian armies & other EE bugs & n

Post by cothyso »

There's a strange this with this, ie Moldavian armies can have a Wallachian ally, while Wallachians can't have a Moldavian ally, which seems kind of wrong (actually both states were medieval romanian states, and they were often participated as allies or fough between each other).

Moldavians have Crimean allies, instead of the Crimean Tatar allies

Also, the lists are kind of the same with a single exception: moldavian Noble Cavalry vs wallachian Mercenary men-at-arms, which seems kind of a strange decision to "differentiate" between them, as both had noble cavalry and hired mercenary men-at-arms.

And there are the "Voynuks" and "Curteni archers" troops, of which I've never heard about (and that while being a romanian)..

And at last, there's no trace of the 3'rd romanian province, Transylvania. I assume it was "covered" in the hungarian lists..

PS: and there's still no way back from a specific army list edit screen to it's addon armies list screen (but back to the main DAG addons list screen, which is kind of annoying and lasts from a way too long time already).

PPS: armies using Moldavians and Wallachians as allies:
- Middle Hungarian -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians
............................... -> their Moldavian allies don't have the mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list, but appear later on in the Later Hungarian allies list
- Middle Hungarian (crusader) -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians
................................................. -> their Moldavian allies don't have the mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list, but appear later on in the Later Hungarian allies list
- Later Hungarian (early) -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians
......................................... -> their Moldavian allies have some mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list
- Later Hungarian (late) -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians
......................................... -> their Moldavian allies have some mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list

PPPS: Later Polish(later) have an error about a duplicate ID (4)

PPPPS: Change the name from E_E into ETE or EEM (as with L_T into LTR), to be more consistent with the other addons names

This is what is in the printed lists to best taken up in the table top forum.

This also should be address in the miniatures forum as we try to keep to the lists where this practical or appropriate for the digital game.

Thanks

More for the miniatures forum where the list authors may be able to address your questions.

I am not really sure what you mean here. Can you be more specific.
Thanks

armies using Moldavians and Wallachians as allies: - Middle Hungarian -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians

Addressed in an earlier message and fixed ready for 1.5.8. Thanks
their Moldavian allies don't have the mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list, but appear later on in the Later Hungarian allies list

The Moldavian Nobles from 1400 can be knights in all lists and allies. Can you be specific as to on which list the Moldavian Ally is wrong? Thanks
Middle Hungarian (crusader) -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians their Moldavian allies don't have the mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list, but appear later on in the Later Hungarian allies list
Later Hungarian (early) -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians their Moldavian allies have some mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list
Later Hungarian (late) -> are using Wallacians instead Wallachians their Moldavian allies have some mysterious Moldavian Knights, which are not present in the Moldavian list

Addressed above I think.
Later Polish(later) have an error about a duplicate ID (4)

Thanks and fixed.
Change the name from E_E into ETE or EEM (as with L_T into LTR), to be more consistent with the other addons names
All the beta's have had and will have one name and change when we go live.
Thanks again

Actions:

1) Main Meunu screen click DAG ->
2) DAG Addons list screen click Legions Triumphant ->
3) Legions Triumphant armies list screen click Roman Principate(early) ->
4) Roman Principate(early) army list creation screen click Close button ->
result = back to 2) instead of back to 3) (which is annoying, because usually one is viewing/editing more armies from the same addon and has to pick the addon again, to get bck to that addon's armies list)

Thanks for this. This will not be tackled before EE is live but we will review changing this as part of the coding effort on the next release after EE. Thanks Keith
