How to recruit allies in the campaign (the Italians, Slovaks, etc. ..)???

You can recruit ally troops if that ally owns at least one deployment location. Otherwise you have to capture a city with a unit from that ally.

In the first campaign (Poland) in slavak a city, but employ them can not be .. the menu is not active!?

In campaign mode you can buy only german units.
