Any tips for Barbarossa

Hi, im playin campaign on general lev. Any tips to win decisive in Barbarossa? Map is full of Russians everywhere. i can finnish in 20 turns, but i need 14 for decisive. Air is not problem, their planes are destroyed early. Problem is time ofc, and so many cities to take.

Your force mix is key. You need plenty of artillery. Don't overload on specialty units (recon, AA, etc). Tanks, infantry and artillery with a bit of air power has worked for me.
