Ports replacements/elite replacements

When you place a naval unit in a port the replacements/elite replacements is very slow.Like for example i had a battleship with strength of 1 when i docked him next turn replacement value was only 1 this seems abit unfair.Is there a way to change the value of how fast naval units get replacements please in ports?

It would all depend on the time scale of the scenario. If it's 1 turn = 1 week maybe more than a point is OK, but at 1 turn = 1 day, 1 point per turn is OK, IMO. Ship repairs take a very long time.

This was my biggest gripe with Panzer General almost any kind of naval warfare was over to fast.Whilst i understand the devs don't want stock scenarios and campagains unbalanced with the purchase of naval units it should be left to choice for custom content like maps/scenarios/campagians.If i wanted a perfectly balanced game in every aspect then i might as well go play a game of chess.
