The top thread has been updated with the latest build!

RC4 is the final release candidate.

Changes
* Library updates
* Turn screen updates
* Briefings split between start & end of mission
* Bug fixes, tweaks and balance issues addressed

Unless there is a serious issue we wont be making any more changes!
