carolingian frankish dismounted question ?

Post by ALMOGAVARI »

Hi all,

In page 37 says "West or East Frankish cavalry can always dismount as HF, Armoured or Protected (as mounted type), Superior, Undrilled, Offensive Spearman" ...

this meas either you choose an average cavalry dismounts as superior ??

the same in Frankish horse archers ??

thanks to confirm

Yes, the average cavalry dismount as superior HF. There are a number of armies that get this sort of thing. Arab Conquest for one. Anglo Danish poor cav dismount as average HF.
