First Strike!!

The battle log was quite confusing for everyone until we read in detail how the initiative outcome determines the percentage of units which behave as the old FIRST STRIKE algorithm.

To prevent all the other players from also getting confused, I'm thinking we could add a simple variable in the combat log (maybe at the end of the initiative total):

e.g. First Strike: 20%

Experience Ratio = (def exp level + 2)/(att exp level + 2)
Entrenchment Ratio = (def entr rate + 1) /(att entr rate + 1)
