Ver .999 Problems

I have been trying to play the new version of the Beta ver .999 and I am seeing a problem with both a multi player game and if I play the computer. Both are saved games from pervios versions and I haven't tried to play a game starting out fresh in a new campaign or scenario. What is happening is that when I get ready to go the the unit purchase menu and I hit the $ button the game will no longer respond to any input from my mouse and just gives me a "dong" or "ding" noise. I then have to hit the escape key and then Win 7 tells me the Panzer Corps is not responding and closes. The very 1st time it happened Win 7 told me that it was changing the compatibility mode for Panzer Corp I check the Panzer_launcher.exe file and it has nothing checked for Windows Compatibility so I am not sure what it was changing to or if it even changed because I had never looked before. Like I said I havene't tried a fresh game and I will try that when I have time later on today or tonight.

I am also seeing at times the planes will not make the attack sounds when going after ground troops.

And I will close by saying I like the new enhancements that were added in this latese beta, like the arrows that appear when moving a unit. Nice touch!!
