Shock troops compulsory advance

Shock troops compulsory advance

I seem to recall that in 4.04 (which I don't have with me) there was a rule that said something along the lines of shock troops having to cm to not advance towards shooters in range.

I can't find this rule in 5.01, but page 23 bullet 2 says 'shock troops teting not to charge or advance', and the cmt table says 'shock troops to avoid charging etc.'

Am I just failing to spot the rule, or has it been removed?

Its been removed. We have simplified back to just when shock troops are in charge reach.

It has been removed.

Ah well, that is what beta-testing and proof reading is for. We need to remove the fossils.
