Immortal Fire serial #

Just purchased a sealed copy of Immortal Fire from Magister Militum(also got FOG and Rise of Rome which load and Play okay)when trying to load it shows disk as Rise of Rome and doesnt recognise serial number-tried matrix games helpdesk and they said go to Slitherine helpdesk (which I cannot locate)any help would be appreciated.
First time on Forum
