Experience in standalone scenarios

I have played several scenarios (not in campaign mode, just random picking), and so far none of my units had any experience.

Will you adjust this in the future (as it was in the original PG)?

I mean the starting experience, it is kinda weird to launch the battle of Kursk with newbies :D
