Terrain revision

We've completely redone most of the terrain tiles in the new beta. In case there are any problems with/concerns about the new tiles, please report. For example the current bocage terrain looks too similar to the random fields, which is something we'll have to address.

Note that at this moment only Poland, Overlord and Tutorial have been polished to make optimal use of the new tileset.
