Hmm points, i would argue that any leader killed should be worth the same regardless of toop field etc. The reasoning is you pay for those leaders and their worth is reflected in your army, also, yu are kinda dependant on your opponent to place them in the front lines to have a chance on killing them, or luck.

Maybe all leaders worth one point , CiC worth two , again regardless of rank.
