P40 in the table on PoA - it may be me but "Big Advanatge" sounds a bit childish; would "Major Advantage" be more suitable? I also think that "Neutral" may be best for 0.
BTW could I suggest a space between the two "-" where there is a 2 PoA difference as they are currently very close together and some people may find it hard to tell there are 2.
Blurb on the sample Roman list at the end says it goes until Augustus made himeslef emperor - not iof you read the list notes
