I figure i will start a Topic on not necessarily bugs or problems reporting(but more then welcome) but little things that make up the game itself. Things that you feel could be improved or fixed. Do take into consideration that what I,you,or we feel is right, may not be for others.

SO first off i guess i'll start, first playing the battle in Norway, and looking at the strategic map, and it hit me,it would be nice to have on the map showing who owns what city's, just like in the normal map view. Of course this could be fixed with a simple flag ownership over them. And also that when upon controlling key city's, it would be nice to have the gold ring around them change color, to lets say Dark green or, well it dont matter, just really a indication to show what you have annex thus far.

Another is the battle animation, now i know this is still the beta, and many things will be improved till then. I feel that the speed of which they play out can be faster. I prefer the old retro style(PG),myself, that is upon attacking a unit, that the damage effect(with some explosion too) is instantaneous.

Since i get tired of hearing a fire noise,then wait,then a explosion,then damage, and in other cases having the steps mentioned, repeat themselves, against you when they counter-attack. I'm mean the animation itself is not long, but it does get kinda boring to watch or have such time delay.

I agree with city ownership needing to be displayed on the mini map, I think I suggested using some color coding.

They said somewhere they agree the pace of battle is too slow and they are going to fix it.

Panzer IIIE & F

Checking out the available units to purchase at this time(Norway) i noticed these two PZIII's. Of course there different models, but there stats are completely the same.

Now the Panzer IIIE was armed with a 37mm gun so was the F, Later in the war(late 40-41), some PZIII F's were upgraded with a 50mm

The upgraded Panzer III F with the 50mm is not to be confused with the " Panzer III G though M " witch had a 50mm but more powerful then the PZIIIF ,

SO for game purposes why even have both? Since stat wise there the same. I can understand both were available during the time, so the only thing i can say is have the F either more expensive, with 1 extra hard attack. But at the same time, dont want players to just buy F's only because there better, since most F's early in the war were the same as E's.

So even though in reality the E's and F's were the same, you could have for game reasons the F have a 1 or 2 more range or something. Two of the same
your thoughts on this 1?

Having different values for prestige in the cities. Have the cities vary. Make some scenarios where the outlying city is worth more points.
then the player has a choice, go straight for victory with little gain in prestige points or go out of the way for more, but takes more time so winning will be harder.

Then we can display the value of the point on the map.
