No e-mails and a strange error message

Slitherine techie type chaps, not sure if you did something on Sunday but I last received an e-mail at 01:07 BST on the 3rd even though threads I am watching have been posted to.

Also, each time I create a post I get the below error message. You have not done something to the account running the SMTP (or equivalent) mail box service have you?
