cant start game

Have tried to start a multiplayer game twice but get the same error meessage after initative has been decided and map selected

could not write to file c:\users\user\appdata\roaming\Slitherine\FieldOfGlory\start.fogsg.

Any ideas how to fix this? Never had this before and have not made any changes to my pc

i had tha same problem twice last month. What i did and it worked was to quit the game completely and start all over again. Everything went smoothly after that.

Tks for your suggestion..Actually I had run a registry fit it program earlier in the day. I just restored the original selections of the registry program and we are back in business.
