problem accepting a multiplayer game

Are there any problems accepting new games in multiplayer. I received an error message when I accepted the game that the opponent was not notified by email. Then I tried to send a private message to this opponent and received a different error message. I am playing two other games that were set up a while ago without any problems.

I got the same message. I tried a second time and got a new message that the game was already accepted.
And it was. It then appeared as usual on my list of games and don't seem affected in any way that stop you from playing.

I have the same problem.
Same effect error when accepting a game - so I ended up accepted two games (sorry Tim).
Playing the game seems unaffected.

Also not getting any emails - not game turns, forum messages and just saw a pm that i didn't recieve a notification for.
