Serious Problem

I was in the middle of MP game when my computer froze, even CtrlAltDel didnt work, so I powered down my latop and rebooted. Now, when I click the battlefield academy icon it BA acts like this is the very first time im playing because I get a multiplayer button is dimmed out and campaigns I had beaten are now locked again. I had a lot of games in MP and I sure hope they didnt somehow get corrupted or erased.

The games will be fine as they are on the server - the issue is with your local machine. Once you play the tutorial you'll unlock multiplayer and be able to continue.

If you have any info on the crash let us know as BA shoudl nto be able to do anythign like this to your machine.

Maybe post your full system specs.

Yeah Pip, its weird, I was playing Battlefield Academy, whole computer froze, when I rebooted that was when the game started acting like it was the first time I ran it. And I did what you said already, I played the tutorial to unlock multiplayer and was able to play atleast one of my MP games, but as soon as I close BA it goes back to the same problem and the tutorial has to be played again to unlock MP. It almost like my computer has no short term memory or something. And its not just BA thats being weird, my facebook and mail which are usually always logged in required me to put the info in again so I know its my machine and not BA but Id appreciate any help I can get.

I would suggest deleting the My Documents\My Games\BBCBA folder entirely. Sometimes if there is an issue W7 can leave the permissions broken on a file, which means your progress isn't being saved correctly.
