Autobreak calculations

Hi,

You might want to consider setting out the autobreak levels as a table rather that a percentage calculation. There are two reasons - it's easier for the players! and also it would allow you to "tune" the setting to show a differential between Elite and Superior autobreak (if justified). At present there is no difference in autobreak between elites and superiors for BGs under 10 bases.
