Movement in Bad Terrain

A battle group with supporting light foot is positioned with the light foot in difficult going and the other bases outside difficult going. When they move is the whole battle group slowed down or are just the light foot slowed down so that the battle group can still move at the normal speed of the heavy or medium foot?

The whole battlegroup is slowed. See the movement rules.
