Korean Mixed Light Foot BGs

In Colonies and Conquest, Companion 4, Page 25 there are Skirmishers, half Bow, half Lt Spear / Sword. Am I correct in understanding that they follow the usual mixed foot battle group rules rather than the list specific troop notes on Page 23 as they do not have Heavy Weapon?

If that is correct, how on earth do you use them?

One for the errata Timmy. We missed that. Will add a special instruction similar to the other non-standard mixed BGs.
