Can't connect to the server

I had to re-format my hard drive and re-install the game. Now the Launch screen doesn't recognise my internet connection. Other games work online and I can connect to the internet. I have re-installed the internet connection drivers and added Battlefield academy to my firewall exceptions but the launcher keeps telling me I'm offline. (I've tried with different versions of the game including the latest 1.51).

Can anyone help out and / or give me a suggestion?

Do you have multiple software firewalls running? If you needed to do a reinstall Windows might have turned its own back on?

Thanks for the quick reply. I only have the windows firewall and I tried disabling it.

I guess the problem could be related to the strange system failures I've been having (that the re-install didn't put right)...some kind of device error has been shutting down my computer intermittently (I can't find the exact source). But before the re-format I could connect to Battle Academy fine and the intermittent shutdowns were happening just as they are now so I thought it was irrelevant. Anyway, I'll probably end up upgrading and trying again on another system....and try all over again!

Try this:
when BA show playoff,close BA and run it again.

this is a method which I deal with this odd question.It works on my PC at least.
