Minor mistakes

In our game on Friday, Steve and I found the following minor mistakes,

1. Terrain. QR sheet, adjustment die. -1 on adjustment dice score for either open or compulsory terrain. No mention of open in the rules. Which is correct?

2. If QR sheet correct for 1. what happens if the adjusted score is '0'. We counted as '1'.

3. QR sheet, COH tests, situation Non-shirmishers with threatened flank -1. This is the same as page 56 in the main rules. Had to look up under 'Glossary of other miscellaneous terms' page 92 to see if this included rear. Very long winded way to finsd out.
