Forced to Full Screen Mode

Hi,

Started the game to see if anyone is on the multiplayer server after many months of last time playing the game. What I found out that when I start the game and deselect the Full Screen at the begining the game still starts in the full screen mode. The options.txt file in the approriate my documents folder is altered by these changes (full screen alters between 0 and 1).

Any ideas?

The windowed mode doesn't make use of any borders etc, so if you are still set the to the resolution of your desktop then it will look identical to fullscreen. If you drop down the resolution it should be obvious what is going on
