Breaking Off Question

Post by imanfasil »

p106 says that a mounted unit breaks off if at least half their opponents are steady foot - not counting overlap. So... if my Cav unit has bases in contact with two foot units and one is steady and one is not, do I break off? Or does it matter if I have 2 bases in contact with unit A and only 1 base in contact with unit B and I would break off if A were the steady unit and not if it were the un-steady one?

Thanks,
James

Count the number of front rank foot bases you are conformed to (or fight as though you are conformed to). If half or more are steady break off.

putting the arg into argumentative, except for the lists I check where there is no argument!

If you replace units with bases - yes - you break off.
