Unable to load game onto HD

After downloading the subject game and attempting to load it onto my HD, I get a box that says: irparameter, and inside this little box it says: "the setup is incorrect". Now what?! Thanks.

What OS do you have? Do you have admin rights?

What did you download it to?

It may be a corrupt download. That can be caused by your firewall or anti virus as well as just luck.

I would guess at an incomplete download too. What is the exact file size of the downloaded installer?

Operating system is Windows XP Home. Computer is a 6 year old Dell that is well over the minimum requirements. Both the Battlefield Academy and the new Blitzkrieg France add-on downloaded perfectly. The BA file is 163 MB, which I believe is what is advertised. The BF file is 216 MB. It's when I try to load it to my HD after downloading that I get the described error message. Any ideas? Try to download it again, if I can? Do the file sizes sound right? Thanks. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Those are the correct sizes (at least roughly). I would suggest it might be an anti-virus issue? We've not seen anything like this before.
