Art of War ??“ Beta-Test Tournament
27th/28th January 2007
It has been decided to hold a 15mm AoW Beta-Test Doubles Tournament in conjunction with the DBM Doubles tournament at Godendag in Usk on the above dates. Details of the venue are in the Godendag notice in the following link (which refers to the DBM tournament, but don't worry about that).
http://www.byzant.demon.co.uk/godendag.htm
Entries will be limited due to space considerations, but all beta-testers already entered into the DBM competition will take precedence if they choose to switch to playing in the AoW tournament. Entries by other beta-testers will be accepted as space permits.
The AoW event will be subsidized to some degree by Slitherine. Those who have already paid entry fees to the tournament will have that portion of their entry fee refunded if they decide to take part in the AoW Doubles
Points size of armies will be 800 points.
There will be a free choice of armies from the lists so far completed. Each team can request 5 lists of their choice from the available lists. I will send them those lists. They can then choose their army for the tournament from amongst those 5 lists, or, if they prefer, from one of the standard Beta-Tester lists.
