Voilà la réponse d'un modo du forum :
I have asked the 'powers that be' (or put another way, JD called about something else so I asked him).

At present there are no firm plans for any foreign language versions of FoG:R. This is because of the large amount of effort that went into the FoG:AM translation and limited return on the work. There are also no translators in place for any other language versions of FoG:R so unless one or more people are willing to work on it then don't expect it any time soon.
