The 1/2 and 1/2 later BGs with Musket are unusual - I'd expected Musket* :o

I thought Musket* might give them too much firepower.

I am open to discussion, and Musket* would be tidier, and less vulnerable to front rank base losses, but it makes them better than French line infantry! (Musket*, Impact Foot, Swordsmen as opposed to Musket*, Impact Foot).

That was the clincher from my point of view.

Sounds logical to me - I don't think they should be looking to have a firefight against Europeans. Also is a unique feature for the list.
