Activation for Legion Arena has failed???

I downloaded Legion Arena yesterday from digital river. When I try to run the program I get the following message...

We're sorry. Activation for Legion Arena has failed. Click on the customer service button to try to activate your product again.

When I push the customer service button, I get this...
Missing one or more tags

I sent a message to their customer service and this is what they sent me...

Sorry you are having problems. This is related to the MAC version, which we did not produce but if you can e-mail the details to info@slitherine.co.uk we'll pass them on to Freeverse and see if we can assist in getting it resolved quickly.

Same error

Bought the game from NewEgg.com (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 81532611SF) and have no method of activating the product.

Same errors as the person spoke of above - however this suppose to be for a PC.

Help?

Please mail me your order detail at info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll chase newegg. We dont know who they are but we have had similar problems with other customers :(
