that is a message that popped up, only thing is the target was standing still.. and i was using hunting mode.

Are you sure it didnt move at all in its turn?

I believe that that means that the target had previously moved in their turn (you'll never actually be shooting at a target that is moving onscreen).

must be.. he was in the fog of war, and i revealed him in my turn so i really had no way of knowing if he moved on the previous turn or not.
