I am thinking of starting a themed tournament but will need your help please.

First of all it will be run on a Swiss system. Wondering about the scoring system? I would like it to to have limited turns, maybe 12.

Many/all of the historical scenarios have changed the a number of turns to complete the game, how would we be able to do this?

Finally estimated time of the release of S and S and what are the changes in patch 1.36.
