Artillery effect area not showing?

Pressing SHIFT when selecting an artillery/bombing attack used to display a reticle with the area of efect, at least some updates ago but now it didn´t seem to work...

It works for me with on map units with bombard like mortars. I tried it with off map air and did not see the highlight.

It only works with artillery/bombers IIRC, not with any airstrikes which work in a different way.
