"Troops loaded" icon appears and dissapears?

When a unit is loaded in a transport a green "people" icon appears and, theoricately, it should not appear if the transport is not carrying anything.

But each new turn, no matter if is not carrying anyone, the green symbol still there until you select the unit...then it dissapears.

A bug? It should be corrected as it is kinda confusing...

Looking at this, I think what is happening is that if you have a unit selected which is close enough to load onto a unit, then the unit gets the man icon above it to show that. Took me a few mins to work out that was what was happening though!

Not sure whether people feel that is confusing? It might be we should do something a little different.
