Shooting Priority w 2 Bases Shooting

If I have a BG with 2 front bases (dragoons) with enemy at 5MU, such as one enemy BG is in front of my left base and a different enemy BG is in front of my right base (amazingly lined up)(since we're hugging the table edge), can I shoot with 1 long range die at a BG of my choice? Or, since each base has target priority to front, do I then get no long range die?

No.
