Just wanted to let user name Samaeon know that I can't return his turn because his will not load. I keep getting a error message and the game locks up.

Yep, you're not alone - happening with my games against him too. See Tech Support forums for a few other players having same problems against him e.g. http://slitherine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19121
