Engine improvemnts?

Are there any improvements to the game engine planned? Especially screen resolution?

It's a brand new engine so obviously. It supports any resolution (1024x600 and up) and runs generally faster and smoother than the Java engine from the previous games.

Great to hear! So I assume the AI part has been rewritten too? Maybe with the new engine one day we'll get CEAW2 ;)

It's a whole new theme, a whole new engine and a whole new team. "Physically" it shares nothing with the previous commander games. Of course we are trying to improve the series everywhere we can.

Thanks for the answers, this looks very promising. I just AI will be more of a challenge this time ;) anyway I'll for sure buy this one. :)
