E. Restoration Portugeuse starter army

in the starter army they have 7 dragoons, yet the main list only allows 6. Is this another error ?

In reality yes. However, as has been pointed out before, the Starter Lists are not required to conform to the main list, so it is technically legal, but only as a Starter List.

One French and four Dutch companies of Dragoons fought in Portugal between 1641 and 1644, but only one company of Portuguese dragoons existed during the war, between 1641 and 1648.
