Bug in 1941 scenario?

Hi
I am playing PBEM the 1941 scenario as Axis, I have not declared war on Soviet Union, waiting until October 20 1941, buth then that date has gone and SU still doesn´t join Allies, is that working as designed?
Maybe, after so many changes in 1.10, the other scenarios besides the full campaign will require to be tested for bugs/updates?

The date is variable. +/- 1 turn from October 20th 1941. Are you now in 1942 and still no USSR joining the Allies?

No, I launched Barbarossa next turn as I didn want to keep playing with a possible bug. Good to know it is variable.
