Healing Units

I recently bought CoM, but while playing, I often get the heal heart grayed out after battles. I thought maybe this was a lack of fame for healing, but I have well over 100k fame. It only started during the CoM missions as Romans. Is this a bug? or part of the story that I missed?

It is part of the story - between battles that are particularly close together you are not allowed to heal!

Ok thanks. Now I have to fight an army of ghosts with about 60 Praetorians :/

Well I couldn't do it, I even redid some of my last battles again to try and keep more men, but it was impossible, which was when i started looking at the tweaks txt file. For anyone else that can't get passed one of these missions, open Tweaks.txt and change:

// % of casulaties that are recovered for free after battle.
LOSSLIMIT 20

to:

// % of casulaties that are recovered for free after battle.
LOSSLIMIT 100

This will heal all your units after the battle for free, and works even when you can't use fame to heal. The number is a %, so if you want a challange still, you can put it at 50 or 75 or similar so they aren't all healed.

Yep it worked for me! I'm in the middle of evaluating the text files at the moment.
