Mini-updates 1.3.8 and 1.3.9

We have put out a mini-update to fix some issues we were seeing with custom multiplayer games. Details are:

New! 1.3.9
+ Added checking for custom multiplayer games

The game won't show any maps incorrectly placed in the install directory when creating new games. Games in progress will complete without problems.

Fixes
+ Fixed a bug when using local textures in custom and/or multiplayer games

1.3.8
+ Fixed a bug when playing custom games in single or multiplayer

Should solve any issues with both new and ongoing games.
