Can't Access Multiplayer
I'm getting an error message (you need the latest version to access multiplayer) whenever I try to go online. I have 1.3.7 and the application doesn't detect any new version when I launch.

Never seen that before. Is it possible your machine is caching the files (it's told not to, but you never know). I would suggest a reboot might be a good starting point. And try clearing your IE cache (the temporary internet files) if that doesn't help.
Do you see the launcher information when you start up?
Cheers

Neither restart nor clearing IE cache worked. It's still not upgrading although launcher seems to be working fine. I took a screen shot of the launcher but not sure how to post pictures here.
Any other suggestions I can try?
What's odd is that all of the previous upgrades worked fine and nothing has changed as far as I know.

It sounds like some kind of bizarre local caching by your ISP or perhaps your machine. Any kind of 'internet accelerator' software installed? (Just trying to think of anything that could cause the behaviour).
I'm not sure how to work around it though. I'll put together a zip in case you can't find a solution.
Cheers

I think issue is resolved now.
It recognized 1.3.9 after reinstalling but it also worked on the other laptop without reinstalling. I think it's an issue of caching from the ISP and not machine specific. Very strange indeed.
I got an error message while downloading and I'm retrying again. Should work now.
Thanks for your help, Pip.
