Is additional documentacion about the mechanisms of the game planned? Manual doesn't explain almost anything..

I can understand that though some mechanisms could be explained better. For example, how the effectiveness points against infantry are calculated ? What are they, percentages ?

It's something like a % value, but not exactly. You don't get that % for each member of the unit, it scales back after a kill.
