Reporting Crash - Out of Bounds Exception

Pleas note the following crash error (listed below) that I get quite often in D.A.G. battles, most annoying. Is this a known issue or is there something that you would recommend to fix it? Thanking you for a great game and in anticipation of your response.

Can you update to the latest version and see if it still occurs. It should be fixed. You are on 1.3.1 - the latest is 1.3.3

Ok, will do. Was delaying upgrading until the bugs noted in 1.3.3 were fixed. However, will upgrade immediately. Again, thank you for your swift and professional reply.
