Suggestion: Tank Riders
Often seen in period film and photos on both sides. It would facilitate and speed up troop movements.

speaking of the bulge..... wonder if low fuel could be simulated by a low morale? Since the bulge involved the germans attacking without enough fuel to actually make it to their end points, thereby being dependent upon captured supplies!
making the world a better place through UNICEF and AIEF and CIN....

logistics!
In my opinion one of the key elements in battles, MORALE is very good simulated in this game! You can even chance the morale values of the units before the game and how the enemy attacks decreases this value!collegeprof86 wrote:speaking of the bulge..... wonder if low fuel could be simulated by a low morale? But to simulate another key element "logistics"/ low fuel in this case???
That will be GREATER!

Yes!
These are good news!iainmcneil wrote:Fuel would be easy to simulate but we didnt want to. You could have a fuel truck or ammo truck. Units could carry oil & ammo points. You coudl prevent them moving if they run out or shooting etc. All very easy in scripts but not the level of detail we wanted for the game.
while creating scenario!
You should be carefull concerning tank riders, because ..
from BA Map editor guide:
"Placing a unit on a tile that already contains a unit will load the second unit into the first.
There is no limitation on what units can be loaded , so it is up to you to avoid King Tigers being carried in the backpacks of an infantry unit."
It is possible that the riders will be the carriers!
