[request] Persistant selection of FOW and Double Moves

...Not sure if this has been requested yet...

I am getting tired of checking the box for "Fog or War" and "Double Moves". It would be nice if these were moved to Preferences or they were able to somehow be made persistant, for those of us that use these options in each battle. I like being able to set it per game...but an option to make it persistant would be nice.
